Severin Investments is a portfolio management firm that also offers financial planning and estate planning services. Your role is to guide prospective clients through our process: educating them on our investment philosophy, advising them on which portfolios and services will suit them, and then helping them become clients.

The firm will provide you with qualified leads and all the resources necessary to sell our services. You will also develop your personal connections.

We offer a base salary with an uncapped and lucrative bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospecting and converting leads into satisfied clients, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Educating prospective clients on portfolio management and Severin Investments’ offerings.
• Recommending suitable investment portfolios and other services to clients based on their unique needs.
• Conducting in-depth financial assessments and understanding clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Working with the internal service team to create financial plans and strategies to meet clients' short-term and long-term financial goals.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, financial regulations, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales targets, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or minimum five years experience in financial services
• FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 license.
• Ability to present complex solutions to prospective clients while building rapport and credibility.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
