```Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. We work with insurance brokers and property management groups. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to make a significant impact on our organization.

```Responsibilities``` - Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team - Communicate our value proposition effectively to potential clients - Research and identify target markets and industries - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation - Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM software

```Requirements``` - Previous experience in outside sales or business development is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we would love to hear from you.
