Corporate Services, Inc. is hiring a human resources manager for our corporate office in Rockford, IL. Current openings pay $45-65,000 per year depending on experience. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in human resources management
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Human resources managers are responsible for overseeing and directing the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources functions and duties. These duties include, but may not limited to:

  • Posting job ads, screen, interview and hiring of internal staff members
  • Managing both unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
  • Recruitment sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Administer a weekly audit and compilation of accurate WOTC documentation from all branch locations.
  • Processes E-Verify on new hires in timely manner.
  • Review employment eligibility and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure completion.
