Job Description

As the Senior Director of Executive Development, you will be pivotal in designing and leading the implementation of leadership development programs tailored for our executive leaders and teams. This strategic role involves working closely with senior executives and key stakeholders to pinpoint leadership needs and deliver impactful development initiatives aligned with our corporate objectives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive executive development strategy, including innovative leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and address specific developmental needs and business challenges through targeted leadership development solutions.
• Oversee the creation and facilitation of customized executive workshops and training sessions designed to enhance leadership skills and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with top-tier consultants and training providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality executive development programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through robust tracking and analysis, using insights to drive continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Act as a thought leader in executive development, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in leadership development or organizational development, with a significant focus on executive-level programs.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive executive development programs.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to strategically align development initiatives with business goals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging senior-level executives.
• Experience in managing budgets and external partnerships.
