Sr. DirectorBusiness Development – M&A and Ventures
The key responsibility for this role will be to drive HoneywellBuilding Technologies’ inorganic growth through smart capital allocation toM&A, Venture investments, JVs, partnerships, and alliances. The rightcandidate will have extensive leadership experience in formulating andexecuting inorganic initiatives from developing thesis on priority areas,target identification and prioritization, relationship cultivation across bothfinancial sponsors and targets, deal execution and post-close integration inmatrixed, Fortune 100 organizations. Specific focus on driving digitaltransformations leveraging Internet of Things and SaaS. Successfulcollaboration and influencing multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organizationshould be evident in robust end-to-end deal sheet.
This role will have significant leadership experience and a proventrack record of leading projects, management of direct reports and/or largecross-functional teams and “first chair” management on several transactionswith key ownership on M&A and Venture priorities. The successful candidatewill be a confident, mature person with proven ability to connect and inspireothers. This role will report to Chief Strategy Officer of HBT and will havedirect and regular exposure to HBT CEO, HBT Leadership Team and HoneywellExecutive Leadership team.
