RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manually input data from reports supplied by institutions.
• Update personal data for members as necessary.
• Political Action Cards, Retiree Cards, Rally Cards, and Tally Sheets (via barcode, scan,

forms and manual sign ups)

• Handle inventory, distribution and of War room supplies and 1199 swag, especially during

high campaign times.

• Provide information and materials to 1199 Officers, Organizers and CA’s as it pertains to

ongoing campaign.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Attend union functions (i.e. rallies, picket lines, demonstrations) where applicable and as

needed.
QUALIFICATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years data processing experience; Good Organizational and

problem-solving skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work
independently; Effective decision making; must have experience with MS Office and data entry
work; Accuracy and speed in inputting data; Ability to work overtime when required.
