Duties/Responsibilities
- Enter monthly contract billings into Sage 300 CRE.
- Scan, send out, and file contract billings.
- Input, send out, scan, and file quick bills.
- Collections: Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and follow-up by contacting customers to request payment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
