The Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the financial processing of transactions for the Company. Duties include processing vendor invoices into the accounting system, obtaining approval for vendor payments, supporting the payment of invoices and accurate record keeping. Prepare and disburse invoices to customers. Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer. Reconcile transactions with statements. Maintain accurate financial records of all receivable transactions and verifications. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients via phone and email and maintain proper documentation.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
