To provide support to the ServerMonkey team by receiving, inspecting and inventorying IT hardware parts both systematically and physically.
**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITES**
* Receive & match inbound shipments to corresponding open Purchase Orders.
* Inspect, and put into stock servers, switches and other spare parts.
* Enter, maintain and report inventory data via Netsuite.
* Research and resolve inventory discrepancies; make appropriate adjustments in Netsuite (increments/decrements).
* Maintain bins and put away locations in the inventory warehouse and on Netsuite.
* Pull inventory upon request.
* Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Assist Operations team with shipping and packaging as needed.
* Participate in annual physical inventory reconciliation.
* Physical fitness is required to perform many of the job functions, such as: carrying boxes, climbing stairs with materials, bending over/stooping to pull inventory from lower racks, reaching to pull or put-away inventory, lifting some heavy products frequently.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware.
* Inventory management experience.
* Experience in Netsuite is preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
* Self-motivated with attention to detail.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
