The Curriculum Inventory Management Coordinator oversees identifying and evaluating instructional material needs and collaborates with campus coordinators and the textbook warehouse for efficient inventory and resource impact assessment. This role ensures the effective use and compliance with TEA's IMTA funds. and supervises two Coordinator 1 positions for comprehensive inventory management.
1. Lead the identification process of instructional materials needs across campuses, focusing on both textbooks and digital instructional materials.
2. Evaluate the use and impact of instructional materials to inform curriculum design and resource allocation decisions, and develop and implement strategies to improve the utilization and effectiveness of instructional materials and technology resources.
3. Work closely with campus textbook coordinators and the textbook warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management and resource distribution.
4. Monitor and manage the Instructional Materials and Technology Allotment (IMTA) from TEA, ensuring alignment with district goals and compliance with state guidelines.
5. Collaborate with Curriculum PD and Curriculum Design teams to ensure that the distribution and use of instructional materials align with curriculum standards and pedagogical objectives.
6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing is restricted to monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of the same duties they are leading.
