Overview:

We are currently seeking a Project Management Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in project management, as well as asset management. Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the Rail/Transit/Track industry is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate progress.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage project resources effectively, including budgets, schedules, and personnel.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in asset management.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the Rail/Transit/Track industry is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
