Regional Director of Operations (COTA, OTR, PT, PTA or SLP licensure required)
This position requires a minimum of two years Regional multi-site experience in the skilled nursing setting as well as extensive travel working with facilities in North Carolina and other states as requested.

TheRegional Director of Operationsis responsible for the overall management of Therapy Operations in the assigned Region, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Director of Operations.

Requirements
What you offer:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree, Master's Degree, or an Associate Degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology.
- Current state licensure and/or certification/registry, as required.
- Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed therapist
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a multi-site Regional Director in the long-term care/skilled nursing setting required.
- In-depth knowledge of industry rules and regulations as well as PDPM
- Familiarity with software e.g. Net Health, Microsoft Office, preferred
- Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and/or certification.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
