Your Role:

- Contribute to setting annual objectives and regularly review performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals
- Craft and execute technical and sales strategies that ensure our success in critical projects, blending innovative design and competitive pricing
- Lead the introduction of groundbreaking commercial materials and methodologies, enhancing our market offerings
- Play a pivotal role in securing projects by supporting teams with compelling proposals and documentation
- Regularly visit project sites within the region to monitor and assure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- A visionary leader with a knack for team building and driving business expansion through strategic development of personnel and processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction practices and techniques
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships, unlocking new opportunities with both existing and potential clients
- A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in Concrete Formwork and/or Rebar industries, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is highly desirable
