This position is located in Johnston county, NC

Duties
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations within the region
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with other regional director and senior management to drive continuous improvement and monitor service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications
- Certification as a BCBA- THIS IS REQUIRED!!
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in medical documentation and recordkeeping

Preference given to candidates with at least 5 years experience as a BCBA and have demonstrated leadership capacity and exceptional skill in creating genuine relationships. This role is a hybrid role of supervision between 2 clinics and work from home.
