Job Description
- Assist with the selection of competent staff through prudent recruitment, orientation, training, and supervision; encourages and promotes positive relationships with both the local community and the broader professional community.
- The APD represents the facility in all communications and correspondence. The leadership/organization structure of the program and the division provides the framework for the planning, directing, coordinating, provision and improvement of delivery of services that meet the needs of the community and individuals served by our organization.
- The APD is responsible for overall program operations and coordination of all services, and directly supervises all Department Heads at the facility. Clear lines of supervision are in place from the APD to the contracted DHA, Psychiatrist, and DMHA.
