SentinelOne is seeking results-oriented individuals with the desire for a long-term career in sales to join our growing team. The successful candidates will possess a professional, proactive and take-charge style with the motivation to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
The principal responsibilities for this position are to generate revenue from multiple lead sources, develop new clients, and sell directly into small and medium businesses alongside Sentinel Ones partner and distributors. Selected candidates will be expected to achieve their revenue sales targets, develop the territory and will be asked to provide weekly forecast updates and visibility into this growing business.
* Experience having your own quota and successful track record in quota driven sales
* Understand industry landscapes and follow trends that impact business risk, strategic decision-making & budgetary determinations
* Ability to prospect and manage C-Level and senior level relationships within organizations
* Identify, engage, qualify, develop, and win new logos.
* Develop account and territory plans with tactical execution to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition
* Complete sales status updates and all administrative duties related to the role
* Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure
* Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
* Become an expert on SentinelOne platform, products, & value proposition
* Research targeted accounts and prospects using internal and external resources, capturing and using gathered information to drive data-backed, effective outreach and follow-up communications
* Stay well educated and informed as to the SentinelOne competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the Next Generation Endpoint market space.
* Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas
* Execute on a partner plan to drive incremental revenue through the channel and a strategic approach to growing the assigned territory
* Prepare and provide accurate pipeline updates & forecasts to management on a weekly basis.
* Create great and lasting first impressions to prospects and customers by providing them with a knowledgeable, engaged, highly responsive, & exceptional experience
* Ability to take personal ownership of professional goals and achieve clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
* High achievement driven, with strong ambition and a charismatic sense of urgency
* Energetic and impactful networker and relationship-builder
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
* High-tech sales experience preferred
* A proven track-record of driving continued sales growth within a defined territory
* Motivated and focused self-starter with a strong work ethic who can work within a fast paced startup environment
* Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing and public speaking and negotiation
* A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment.
* Strong working knowledge of the cyber security space a definite advantage
* Ability to manage relationships and teaming engagements internally with multiple departments, this includes but is not limited to: Channel, support, legal, deal desk, field sales, sales engineers, customer support
