Position Location: Will be on-site at our corporate office in Norfolk, VA.
Standard Working Hours : 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Minimum Requirements:
Required : Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration/management, health administration, hospital administration, or nursing
Required : Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
Preferred : Master's level degree, PMP certification, and physicians relations
Position Overview:
Support and coordinate multidisciplinary special projects to include hospital based, healthcare ambulatory facility, materials management, construction and equipment planning utilizing a team approach. Recommend procedural, workflow changes as appropriate. Identify and develop new programs.
Degree in construction management, engineering, or Healthcare Administration preferred, or equivalent project management experience. Able to comprehend and transmit detailed instructions to all levels of the organization on a technical and professional level. Possess skills, abilities and knowledge in operations, systems management, human resource management, and quality, clinical or technical aspects of work performed in assigned areas. Licensed professionals are required to keep their professional license current.
