We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Agent at our Wilmington, NC facility.

Objective:

• Order entry process owner of the Chase product line within HMF facility.
• Work hand in hand with sales, operations, supply chain, and logistics to meet product expectations.
• Become a product expert on application and customizations available in production.
• Have a full understanding of the product’s life cycle/processes from order entry to customer delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Apply knowledge of products and engineering systems to consult sales and enter customer specifications quickly and accurately into our order management system.
• Communicate lead times for specific products each week.
• Start orders in the HMF ERP system including freight, packaging, and lead time.
• Troubleshoot orders damaged upon arrival to customer and resolve in a timely manner.
• Implement continuous improvement wherever possible including but not limited to consulting department heads, creating documentation, cross-training team members, implementing and auditing new practices.

• Computer proficient (skilled in excel and Microsoft office is helpful)
