SeneGence is Hiring a Payroll Manager Near Sapulpa, OK

The Payroll Manager is responsible for processing full cycle payroll, completing reports, and maintaining records. This position requires a detail-oriented person with significant knowledge of payroll administration, including state and federal regulations, ADP Time and Attendance administration, and ADP Workforce Now experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains payroll information within ADP Workforce Now; directing time collection, calculation, and entering of data
  • Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, deductions, job titles, employee rates, etc.
  • Runs and processes payroll through ADP Workforce Now
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly reports regarding summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages, and accrued salary reconciliation
  • Verifies payroll accuracy and maintains complete payroll records to support each pay period
  • Processes mandatory support orders and mandatory wage garnishment orders
  • Processes and responds to DOL separation information requests and submits rebuttals to unemployment claims
  • Processes employee 401k election changes and submit Bi-weekly contribution file
  • Lead 401k non-discrimination testing, 5500 testing, and audits
  • Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies and performing GL account reconciliations/JE Entries
  • Provides payroll information by answering employee questions and requests
  • Maintains payroll processes by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Administers ADP and TRowe Price access, updates, maintenance
  • Reconciles and Processes MFSA, DFSA and HSA Contributions
  • Administer and Process 409(a) Executive Retirement
  • Reconciles Medical, Dental, Vision Benefit Invoices
  • SUI yearly rates update in ADP
  • Worker's Comp - WA/OH filing and WC insurance yearly audit

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

  • BS Degree in Business or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of direct payroll administration
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills (both in native language and English)
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Works well cross-functionally Develops positive working partnerships with SeneGence Global Team Members.
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a “Can Do” attitude
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
