Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff

• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned

• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

• Take possession of the med-cart when the situation warrants

Qualifications & Skill Set Required

• Valid RN License/Permit to work as a GN in the state of Pennsylvania

• Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required

• Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility

• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
