 Responsibilities

·Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff

·Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned

·Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

·Take possession of the med-cart when the situation warrants

Qualifications & Skill Set Required

·Valid RN License/Permit to work as a GN in the state of Pennsylvania

·Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required

·Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care

·Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility

·Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred

·Have excellent oral and written communication skills
