The position duties include: taking leads from sellers, researching and performing due diligence on residential properties, making offers, deal processing, leading other acquisition team members (eventually), and managing our pipeline of acquisitions.

Key skills required:

Technical Skills: Highly efficient with Google Docs, all Microsoft Office Applications, and familiar with CRM systems.

Department: Candidates must fit in with company culture and add value through their insights and experience. Candidates must be great at closing sales, relentless with following up on leads, be very skilled at managing time and prioritize work, and have a passion to perfect their craft and become sales beasts!

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sellers and all levels of company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of your peer-to-peer communications. Spanish speakers are an absolute plus but not required!

Management: Must have 3 years experience in real estate sales or a like-type industry; willingness and desire to take ownership; able to take direction AND work independent of management.

Preferred: Ability to work remotely or at home office; occasional travel; Specific experience in the following areas preferred: Sales, Negotiation, Closing Sales, and Sales Management.

Salary: This position is commission based with a base pay of $28,000-$40,000. The commission alone will get you to 6 figures plus. You will NOT have to prospect for leads. All the leads will be given to you. You just have to close them! We are looking for someone who wants to grow and become a 6-figure earner. If you don’t want to do what it takes to earn 6 figures, don’t apply.
