Office Assistant
Shift: 1st (PT or FT)

Compensation: $24. or more DOE
Responsibilities:

• Answering the phone, taking detailed messages.
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Data entry
• Inventory of supplies (very minimal inventory stock)
• Ability to take in cash or checks for sales of logo’d merchandise
• Ability to collect cash or checks from members that walk in to pay membership dues and issue receipts.
• Maintain sensitive and confidential records.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel with the ability to utilize Outlook.
• High school diploma (or GED)
• 2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Tact and consideration
• Focus on accuracy.
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
