Job description
We are hiring highly competent customer service agent to work on our client's premises and offer exceptional customer service. You would maintain a highly visible presence and contact customers in safe and effective manor. Customer service is very important to us. SecurUs Asset Protection works hard to ensure the safety and security of our customers. We are looking for individuals who can effectively maintain a high level of service when dealing with difficult individuals. If this is you, please apply immediately.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers who are loitering or in violation of the property rules
- Take accurate notes of your interactions with customers.
- Report in detail any unusual circumstances
- Utilize vehicle to randomly and regularly drive around the parking lot, building and perimeter
Skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to make good business decisions
- The ability to learn and retain knowledge
- The ability to remain calm in high stress situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to use mobile devices and computers to complete reports and logs
- Integrity and professionalism is a must.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Shift availability
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
