Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan (onsite daily and travel up to 20%)

Position Responsibilities:
Global Clients Americas Division has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist, dedicated to providing national HR support for an assigned account. This position will be based onsite in Sterling Heights, Michigan and will travel up to 20% (locally primarily as well as nationally). The position is ideal for candidates who are positive, proactive, compliant, enjoy and excel at working both independently and with teams, have excellent communication, are proficient in using Office 365 products, and who have a high attention to detail. This role will apply these skills to their involvement with:
- Recruiting
- I-9’s
- Training
- FMLA, ADA, and LOAs
- Unions
- Worker’s compensation
- Unemployment
- Other HR matters
Compensation:
This full-time position provides an hourly pay rate of $22.00 - $24.00, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more. Paid time off is also provided based on annual accrual and includes 10 vacations days, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days.
