Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and client acquisition
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages preferred
- Proven experience in outbound calling, business development, and sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial
