Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Remote / Hybrid possibility

Clearance Level: Public Trust

Summary

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interest of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a Project Manager to join us in support of the FCC Enterprise Engineering and Architecture Services (EE&AS) Program to help contribute to our success. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall work plans, schedules, evaluation criteria, and assist in utilizing resources in the most effective and efficient manner; confer with personnel in feasibility studies, systems, planning equipment scheduling, and activities as assigned.
  • Provide centralized planning, direction, and control required to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals
    lead the planning and/or implementation of projects
  • Track project performance and analyze project status to ensure the successful completion of all project requirements
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customer as well as staff members
  • Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
  • Work across functional areas to solve problems and implement changes
  • Enforce established applications programming, and documentation; review the work effectiveness, task effectiveness and compatibility with other projects in related areas; including programming and documentation standards; review technical training needs for subordinate staff, plan activities and assure attendance by appropriate staff as required; maintain liaison with management and personnel; communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with staff members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years' experience managing complex IT projects of which at least one year must be specialized in development.
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to foster teamwork and to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that further completion of desired activities and tasks
  • Experience interacting with senior-level executives
  • Public Trust BI
  • PMP Preferred
