What You’ll Do
· Foster current client relationships as well as developing new ones
· Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to generate selling opportunities
· Act as an ambassador of Sonitrol Pacific’s mission, brand, and product
· Participate in weekly team meetings and one on one coaching/development sessions to maximize career growth and performance
· Plan and organize personal sales strategy to maximize profitable growth.
· Assist with cultivation of local business/government partnerships and organizational affiliations
Who You Are
· Strong aptitude for sales, an avid prospector, a relationship builder and tenacious closer!
· Perseverant networker, comfortable calling on key decision makers and all other technical and business influencers
· Strong work ethic, team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where change and ambiguity are the norm
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships with your team, internal business partners, and external customers
· At least 1 year of professional experience in Sales
· High School diploma required
· Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening including Cannabis.
What You’ll Be Offered
· A rich salary, commission and bonus structure $50,000 base (Year potential 1 OTE $70k-80k ), no commission cap.
