We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Punctuality and good attendance are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Handle new hiring process with confidentiality and discretion
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms for document management
