Job Description
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients benefit from comprehensive talent development solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other Product Development (PD) teams and Human Resources (HR) departments to deliver holistic talent development strategies.
- Conducting research on talent development best practices and making recommendations to enhance our programs.
- Mitigating risks by adhering to established procedures, identifying errors, and demonstrating ethical behavior.
- Facilitating in-person and virtual talent development sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Sourcing, evaluating, and recommending vendors to provide top-tier talent development solutions.
- Coordinating with vendor partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services and resolving any escalated issues promptly.
- Serving as an internal consultant on talent development services, focusing on future skills and capabilities.
- Contributing to the development of new talent development strategies to optimize work effectiveness.
- Managing multiple assignments simultaneously, delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
- Prioritizing project plans, making decisions on priorities, timing, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring alignment with risk and control processes to monitor and mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support organizational development initiatives.
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in talent development or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage larger projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for defining learning and behavioral outcomes.
- Experience in developing and implementing talent development strategies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of industry trends and their implications for talent development.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
