Executive Assistant

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and project-level support for the President to ensure efficient accomplishment of procedural tasks and company initiatives, as well as efficient time management of the President’s schedule. This on-premise role also is actively engaged in the administration of the Quality Management System and Event Planning, and as point of entry presence for the SEACORP’s corporate headquarters location. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated interpersonal savviness and clear presence of mind in demanding situations.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED / Vocational School Diploma required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative assistant experience preferred; ability to obtain a security clearance desired.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
Travel: None
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
