Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Job Summary : SEACORP’s Electronic Warfare Hardware Solutions group is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support execution of ongoing tasking.
The Program Manager is concerned with the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activities and agency’s needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. The Program Managers is also responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Technical leads to define schedule and resources and coordinate internal personnel resources across multiple tasks.
- Coordinate with technical personnel to include vendor information in project timeline.
- Develop project spend plans for a combination of Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price efforts.
- Track all project budgets, deliverables and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
- Support Technical leads in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed project integrated master schedules to monitor and track progress.
- Collect and analyze cost performance data reports in order to identify cost, schedule, and performance trends and deviations and recommend corrective action.
- Present technical/programmatic/schedule/cost status to the customer at weekly and quarterly meetings
Experience : 5 years of relevant program management experience is required. Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship Location: Middletown, RI

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
