Sea Crest Services, Janitorial Services, is looking for a BILINGUAL Human Resources Associate to join our team.

We are looking for an energetic BILINGUAL HR Associate to support a very busy Human Resource Department. This position is an entry level position and is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to advance into Human Resources and growth withing the company.

Summary of job description:

Under the general direction of The Human Resources Manager the BILINGUAL HR Associate will assist with administrative tasks to HR Manager and HR Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conducts initial screening interviews and contacts references to verify background.
  • Conducts all line employees' interviews.
  • Participates in orientation and onboarding.
  • Assists employees with questions, and issues .
  • Maintains database of employee records as well as all active and inactive applications.
  • Contributes to ongoing recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Mitigates employee relation issues while adhering to company, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Continually works with department to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.
  • Participates in all necessary task and project within the HR Department as assigned by HR Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Spanish (native) and English (written and verbal) is a MUST.

- Previous experience in Human Resouces of at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

The HR Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our Human Resources Department.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
