Description

Do you excel at delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we have a spot on our team for Customer Service Representative and Warehouse Associate. We are looking for someone who will engage with our customers, provide exceptional service, and ideally have some purchasing or inventory management knowledge. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create and track all sales and purchase orders, manage assigned inventory
• Manage all material shipping, receiving, and shipment to the plant and various reports
• Maintain the Repair Log to track history, certifications, repairs
• Competitively quote external services to ensure the lowest costs while maintaining quality 
• Receive invoices from subcontractors to ensure the accuracy of pricing and material
• Ensure accurate order entry, follow-up, and receipt of products
• Submits monthly billing to customer
• Provide coverage in the warehouse when necessary, including receiving, picking, and packing material, conducting inventory cycle counts, and replenishing materials
• Follow up with all suppliers for improved delivery of items when required 
• Prepare all vendor audit paperwork for all required invoice audits

Requirements

• A high school diploma and 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred
• Able to complete assigned tasks working with little to no supervision
• Good written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills 
• Detail-orientated and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of purchasing or inventory management is desirable
• Able to sit or walk for extended periods of time and lift to 35 pounds 
• Safely use pallet jacks and hand carts to move materials 
• Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Successfully pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screen
