Responsibilities :

• Proficient in utilizing Project Management software such as OST, QB, and Plexxis ERP.
• Track project financials and projections to provide comprehensive reports to the team.
• Participate in all project-related meetings from pre-construction to post-construction phases.
• Review General Contractor (GC) contract documents and ensure comprehension of our obligations.
• Demonstrate expertise in constructing projects according to specified requirements and overall project objectives.
• Prioritize cost-saving measures concerning labor, material, and equipment for each project.
• Manage the collection and distribution of submittals as necessary.
• Draft Request for Information (RFI) documents and monitor responses to ensure clarity and protection of our work.
• Complete monthly billing tasks and submit invoices to the office manager.
• Negotiate price revisions, Additional Service Items (ASIs), and contract amendments with clients, updating relevant software accordingly.
• Resolve financial matters promptly with clients to maintain positive relationships and foster repeat business opportunities.
• Conduct weekly site visits to ongoing projects and attend GC-led project meetings as required.
• Anticipate and effectively communicate scope ambiguities to ensure project clarity.
• Report directly to the Senior Estimator and collaborate closely on pricing exercises and project issues.
• Work closely with Operations to review project schedules and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Actively participate in weekly and monthly team meetings, as well as Foreman’s meetings.
• Assist in managing client expectations regarding pricing and project timelines.
• Provide consistent communication and support to respective Foremen on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with other trades as necessary to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits as needed to address project requirements and concerns.
