• Manufacturing
• Battery Plant
• Automotive Plant
• Mission Critical
• Semiconductor
• Cold Storage

Job Description

MEP Superintendent will have overall responsibility for MEP scope of an assigned construction project in the verticals listed above and a proven track record on safety, quality, budgeting and scheduling.

• Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.
• Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.
• Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives
• Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
• Review subcontract agreements
• Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
• Assist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.

Select Responsibilities

• Verticals include but are not limited to Mission Critical, Healthcare, Clean Room, Semiconductor, Food & Bev. / Industrial Tilt Wall/ Cold Storage, Healthcare/ Pharma, and Manufacturing construction Projects
• A minimum of 5 years of construction experience managing MEP scope on projects valued over $50M
• The capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project schedule
• A thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items
• General computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reports.

Ideal Candidate

4 years of commercial construction experience in leading projects $100M in the Light Industrial Tilt Wall, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Healthcare/ Life Science Verticals.

Projects led should include the Ground up new construction or New Construction scopes of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
