Position Overview:

Scope Technologies is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician with an emphasis in architectural technologies. This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the production of our remote measurement reports ensuring high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of architectural and construction techniques, proficiency in CAD software, and a commitment to maintaining product quality through comprehensive Quality Assurance methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and oversee production workflow, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive excellence and continuous improvement by implementing and enforcing standard processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support across departments, collaborating with team members to address challenges and optimize workflows.
• Develop and deliver continuing education and training programs based on data analysis and feedback.
• Ensure that products meet customer expectations and promised specifications by conducting thorough Quality Assurance checks.
• Prepare reports analyzing and evaluating essential information, providing insights for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in architecture/engineering or related field
• Proficiency with CAD software
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience working effectively with team members, in person and remotely
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a drive to build culture
