Job Summary : This position is responsible for the supervision and overall operations of the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will ensure the restaurant standards are upheld;
all food menu items are consistent, and cooked properly, the portion sizes are correct and it is cooked and served in a timely fashion.
This position is direct supervisor of hourly kitchen staff and the primary focus of this position will be to train and maintain the food quality and sanitation standards, and ordering of food products.
This position, with the General Manager will maintain budgeted food cost, labor cost, and will assist with the hiring and training of all new Kitchen Staff.
