Schwab Residential Construction LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Salem, OR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage any changes or risks that may arise
- Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and ensure project objectives are met
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution
- Ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Construction Project Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Conflict management skills to address challenges that may arise during projects
- Proficiency in using project management software/tools (excel, Monday, etc.)
- Experience in program design and CAD is a plus
