Client is a commercial construction company in the Walls and Ceilings Industry specializing in interior finishes, toilet accessories and partitions and expansion joints. Client is selectively looking for our next project manager to join our team. Project Manager Job Description:
• Responsible for managing multiple projects with contract values ranging from $10,000 to 1 million. Total volume approximately four million per year.
• Project coordination, scheduling and purchasing. Order materials and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Prepare and review RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, site specific safety plans, price and track change orders, track job cost and manage project budget, etc.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Proficiency in Procore as a Project Management tool strongly preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
• Oral and written communication skills is required.
• Must be able to work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to see projects through to completion and commit to meeting deadlines.
• Must be willing to work at various job site locations in the Willamette Valley and our office in Salem.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check per project requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of industry specific experience required.
