SUMMARY
Schultz Technology, based in Pottstown, PA, is looking to hire a full-time Sales Representative to accurately and honestly communicate with potential clients to build lifelong relationships. This position earns competitive pay plus bonuses and enjoys benefits including medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
Direct responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contact existing and prospective clients to uncover, clarify or amplify needs and opportunities, prospect for new customers, negotiate with clients to grow business while maintaining margin targets, and communicate Schultz value proposition and business drivers.

In this vital sales role, you will use your great attention to detail to accurately communicate with potential and current clients to build relationships.

Sales Representative Essential Duties
· Perform sales calls to generate leads and to obtain meetings with perspective customers.
· Sales requirement $750,000 annually (subject to change at annual review)
· Understand a prospective customer's business objectives and which our Managed Service offering provides value to the prospect
· Accurately represent our Managed Service offerings to prospective customers
· Perform Managed Services sales presentations to prospective customers
· Perform outside sales of services we offer including, but not limited to VOIP phone services through direct client contact and over the phone to maximize total revenue and ensuring sales goal are met and exceeded.
· Established client base and cultivate relationships, building business, and assisting the VP of Sales in providing a stable and positive work environment for the team.
· Attain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals prospecting and cold call.
· Prepare and present proposals.
· Manage accounts proficiently and accurately.
· Provide customers with accurate information for their IT service needs
· Keep accurate records.
· Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the company, both orally and in written form to previous, current, and potential clients.
· Responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to maximize revenue profits.
· Handle account detail so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented. Utilize Service Managers to coordinate various departments’ participation in servicing accounts.
· Conduct sales calls promote the company, and review competition reader boards to develop leads.
· Prepare information for, meet with, and entertain clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account.
· Represent company at trade shows, industry events, and local events as specified by the company’s marketing plan. Set up exhibits involving bending, stopping, lifting, and reaching overhead.
· Attend appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
· Complete any tasks assigned by management
· Approach all encounters with clients and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
· Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Schultz Technology standards, as required by scheduling, which may vary according to the needs of the business.
· Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
· Always comply with Schultz Technology standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
· Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS OF A REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a background check
Basic computer skills
