Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Scarlett Hotel Group. This is a position for someone who is strong and experienced. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, managing the customer service experience, conducting training, and budgeting. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong systems experience and this is an open availability position.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage management experience
- Very strong with processes, systems and accountability.
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
