Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted new business relationships, while driving both recurring and one-time sales contracts across a wide geographic territory. With extensive training, strong support teams, and lead-gen assistance, our Business Development Representatives develop the skills to sell with confidence. Additionally, the compensation package includes a base salary, car and phone allowances, benefits like 401(k), PTO, and Health/Dental/Vision, as well as an UNCAPPED commission plan.
