We are looking for a Workforce Transformation Functional Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. This position is location is onsite in Arlington, VA.
OVERVIEW
The Workforce Transformation (WFT) offering helps clients consider how work, workforces and workplaces need to be reimagined in the service of future business strategy. We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
• Support various public sector clients in their human capital transformation efforts
• Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

• Active DoD SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8 years of workforce transformation and strategy experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the scope of work; must be able to maintain current DOD Secret security clearance.
