Solve day to day operation issues to insure consistent effective production

Must be able to work in the field with teammates to train proper techniques
Snow plow experience is a must
Experience:
5 years hands on experience mowing, mulching and property management
3 years managing landscape crews
Efficient in Microsoft, Emails and communication
Bilingual communication
