Sawgrass Ford is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to handle the Accounting Office tasks in a high-volume automotive dealership. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task. Position is full time with a set Monday to Friday schedule.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Stocking in units
• Warranty adminstrative duties including but not limited to:
• -submit warranty RO's
• -maintain AR warranty/rental schedule up to date
• -Receipt warranty checks
• -maintain statement and schedule
• Reconcile monthly statements for warranty sales and rentals.
• Tag refunds

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Positive attitude with good work ethic
• Automotive experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Professional demeanor
• Bilingual a plus!
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
