Lorenzo Nissan of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent Lorenzo Nissan with honesty and integrity. This position handles all faces of billing of car deals including examining contracts, motor vehicle paperwork, reconciling schedules. Must be a hard worker both independently and as a part of our team. Will also consider candidates with Automotive Accounts Payable and AR experience or Automotive Data Entry.

Responsibilities - Accounting Clerk:

• Posting journal entries into CDK
• Bank reconciliations
• Account analysis and reconciliations
• Monthly/quarterly schedule reviews Requirements:
• Strong GL Account Analysis and Reconciliation Skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Performing incentives
• Warranty cancellations
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Clerk:

• At least 2 years of Automotive experience required.
• Should be familiar with CDK. Will train the right candidate with ADP/CDK knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills
• A resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
