The Senior Manager, Construction provides leadership, strategy, and management to assigned construction projects, including new store construction, remodels, and other proposed construction projects. The Senior Manager provides direct oversight for proper, efficient, and safe operations of store equipment, and is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the store property, interior and exterior.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Business development including contacts, proposals, presentations, and negotiations
• Conducts pre-construction reviews, to include preparing estimates and contract documents
• Develops purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules
• Coordinates outside vendors and contractors, including municipalities and other regulatory agencies
• Reviews and monitors labor, equipment, and material resources for successful completion of project
• Manages the development of the overall CPM schedule.
• Manages all billing to ensure timely submission payment applications
• Manages day-today operations of maintenance contracts; schedule, coordinate and monitor vendors on special projects.
• Provide advice and efficient solutions to store team members for equipment issues.
• Ensure all required repairs and maintenance are performed; perform preventative maintenance of equipment and assets.
• Ensure all required maintenance are performed on all equipment and assets as scheduled or requested (i.e., HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, replacements, etc.); analyze service-related expenses.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach and counsel maintenance team members
• Facilitates Emergency Response Training and Safety Training for team members
• Manages and executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget objectives
• Perform related duties as required
