Responsibilities:

• Potentially lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction during our busy holiday season.
• Oversee the handling of incoming calls and customer inquiries, providing guidance and support to the team.
• Analyze and assess customers' needs, empowering your team to achieve customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution strategies.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and conflicts, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring a timely and positive resolution.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to gather valuable customer feedback, driving improvements in our services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide insightful reports to higher management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer support role or as a client service representative, with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service. (during our Christmas season)
• Excellent phone contact handling skills, active listening, and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, leveraging technology for efficient customer service operations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both customers and team members.
• High school degree or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with relevant supervisory or leadership training.
