- Coach and train TM’s/Inside Sales: conduct monthly 1:1’s and team calls, quarterly field time with each TM.
- Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals as well as key metrics.
- Create the strategic plan and annual budget for revenue and units.
- Provide forecast updates every month through the financial huddle process.
- Accomplished in and practices conceptual selling techniques.
- Relate well to customers, excel at building relationships.
- Strong affinity for learning.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in a sales role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing outside sales representatives.
- Fluency in Spanish
